[delayed report] FDOT reported a crane near I-4 and ChampionsGate Blvd, that was in locked position, swung from strong winds, breaking cables on the equipment. A light pole on I-4 was also downed and vegetation was strewn on the roadway. Time based on evidence of a microburst on TMCO radar.
